Now imagine these children’s parents being given a stable source of income, so they have the power to support their children and give them a real childhood of playing and learning and growing. Imagine these children’s parents being given flexible working hours, and salary with hardly any difference to what the employee ‘above’ them is being paid. Because in this imaginary organisation, there are no hierarchies to push vulnerable people down.

Imagine a company that knows exactly who is making their clothes, and exactly how much they are being paid. No greedy middle man. 

Lastly, imagine the clothes that this process produces. They are designed by creative minds that know the up and coming trends, just so you don’t have to turn to monopolising companies that exploit and extract everything they can.
